Rick has observed the real estate industry over the past 30 years.  Rick Daniel has earned the  SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  He graduated in 1977 from the University of Maryland with a degree in Economics.  Mr. Daniel is affiliated with the local Hampton Roads Realtors Association as well as the Tidewater Mortgage Banker Association.
